We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise across frontend, backend, cloud, and modern AI-assisted software development.
This is a high-impact engineering role where you’ll own end-to-end product capabilities—from architecture and technical design through implementation, deployment, and production support.
You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Designers, Engineering Managers, and customers to build scalable, secure, AI-enabled software products used by leading global enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering Excellence
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications
Build high-quality frontend experiences using React and TypeScript
Develop secure and scalable backend services using Node.js
Design APIs, data models, and integrations
Write clean, maintainable, testable production code
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability
Product Engineering
Translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions
Participate in technical discovery, estimation, architecture discussions, and implementation planning
Build customer-facing features with strong usability and performance
Drive engineering decisions with a product-first mindset
AI-First Software Development
Leverage AI engineering tools to improve productivity and engineering quality, including:
GitHub Copilot
Cursor
ChatGPT
Claude
Internal AI engineering accelerators
Engineers are expected to use AI responsibly—not as a replacement for engineering judgment, but as a force multiplier for productivity, design thinking, debugging, testing, documentation, and code quality.
Engineering Practices
Participate in code reviews and architectural reviews
Build reusable components and engineering frameworks
Contribute to engineering documentation and technical RFCs
Improve CI/CD pipelines and developer productivity
Follow secure coding and cloud-native engineering practices
Collaboration
Partner with Product Managers, Architects, Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps
Communicate technical trade-offs effectively

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of software engineering experience
Strong expertise in:
React
TypeScript
Node.js
Experience designing REST APIs and microservices
Strong understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS
Experience with Docker and containerized applications
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
Understanding of secure software development practices
Experience working in Agile product teams
